Right on cue, the sixth season of Canadian Idol has begun. Jesse Cottam, from Alberta, is among the number of contestants that have gotten the elusive golden ticket. He seems like a solid contender for this year’s competition, but I expect others to shine as the show airs. Jesse Cottam actually made the Top 100 in Toronto three years ago, according to CTV. Kelsey Grammer’s recent heart attack when he was in Hawaii got me thinking about cholesterol and my diet. I’ve been eating a lot of junk even though I know I shouldn’t. I may have to change my diet sooner rather than later. However, changing a high cholesterol diet is simpler than it sounds.
