The FCAT Scores are out and generally up from a state-wide view. FCAT or Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test information was released this morning. According to the report, students from almost all grade levels garnered a higher mark than the previous year’s class.

The FCAT categories measured are based on reading, math and science. The FCATs are given in the springtime and release about this time in the year. The report also indicated that first and second year high school students showed improved scores in reading. All in all, this is great news for parents in Florida.
