Jesse Cottam Canadian Idol?

Right on cue, the sixth season of Canadian Idol has begun. Jesse Cottam, from Alberta, is among the number of contestants that have gotten the elusive golden ticket. He seems like a solid contender for this year’s competition, but I expect others to shine as the show airs. Jesse Cottam actually made the Top 100 in Toronto three years ago, according to CTV. Will it finally be his year? Only time will tell.

Other notables from the first episode are Tatiana Olepowych (?) and brothers Sebastian and Oliver Pigott.

@matt - Ya, Oliver Pigott is going to be a serious contender. I think his brother has a solid chance as well.

@K-spot - Jesse is really making an impact so hopefully, he’ll break into at least the top 22.
